Title: The walrasian principle of justice, in regard to the useful and the pure true
Author: Saberan Shirine

Walras intends to produce a theory of the justice which is based on two pure science : pure economics and pure moral. He also intends to propose a principle of justice which is not in contradiction with the useful. This project leads Walras to start his reflection by analysing the object of the political economy. The fact that there are three object explains the classical walrasian separation between pure economics, social economics and applied economics. However, most walrasian specialist showed that this separation is not consistent : Potier stands that this science’s classification is not related to the walrasian global project and that a final reconstruction is missing. Rebeyrol sustains that this classification must not be consider seriously, because contradictions are too obvious. Walrasian studies confirm then that the this categories are problematical. By indicating the deficiencies of this construction, we tend to show that the separation between pure economics – the theory of exchange, social economics – the theory of repartition, and applied economics – the theory of production, can not be associate with the three different objects of political economy, which are respectively, the true, the good (just) and the useful.
